AIC Code of Conduct

As a condition of AIC State Division membership, a conveyancer agrees to adhere to the AIC Code of Conduct governing their behaviour, the way they conduct themselves and their business, and their relationships with clients and other parties in transactions. The Code of Conduct provides guidelines for best practice ethical behaviour to promote and enhance the profession of specialist Conveyancing.

At present, each State Division has a State Code of Conduct. The state Codes are currently being reviewed and a National Code of Conduct will be developed shortly.
