AIC Constitution

The Constitution of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers reflects –

  • the objects of the institute,

  • eligibility for Membership,

  • the rights and obligations of Members,

  • the structure and function of the AIC Australian Council

  • the powers and duties of the Australian Council

  • the role of the National Secretary

It is regularly reviewed to ensure that it reflects the needs of Members and conveyancers, and the impact of the prevailing environment for conveyancers.
