The Australian Institute of Conveyancers Inc. (AIC) is the peak body representing registered, licensed and certified practising conveyancers. Conveyancers provide specialist services to those selling or purchasing real estate or similarly related transactions. The State and Territory Divisions of the AIC constitute its Members. Conveyancers and other associated industry participants are members of their respective divisions.
The AIC actively advocates to advance the interests of the Conveyancing Profession on national issues, and has built strong partnerships with other industry stakeholders.
Our mission is to represent and advance the interests of the National Conveyancing Profession.
Our vision is to develop, represent, maintain and promote the National Conveyancing Profession to Government Regulators, Land Registries, Financial Institutions, Insurance Providers, System/Software Providers, other property related professionals and government bodies, and the public.
The AIC values the Divisions and their members and promotes respect, integrity accountability, cooperation and honesty.
AIC maintains a current and topical information flow to members; creating invaluable business opportunities for supporting partners and service providers to the profession; and assisting those entering the property market to find a Conveyancing professional to facilitate their transaction.
