COAG endorses NECD Ltd to deliver national e-conveyancing systemApr 19, 2010 In April, the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) endorsed NECD Ltd Limited as the new legal entity to be adopted by States and Territories to progress the national e-conveyancing system. The national e-conveyancing system is part of wider business regulation and competition reforms designed to enhance long-term productivity growth. These reforms also include national licensing for conveyancers. |
